However, like any handmade instrument the sound may vary very slightly between microphones. The high quality components are selected and rigorously tested for quality but their performance characteristics do sometimes differ. The specifications listed for the Silver Bullet microphones therefore represent a minimum sensitivity standard and may therefore be exceeded but not compromised. This specification threshold as well as outstanding reliability and build quality is guaranteed.

12 month no quibble warranty and guarantee
Silver Bullet microphones are incredibly robust and are precision built for reliable quality. They are very durable and should last a very long time. However, in the event of a problem with any of the components all harmonica microphones are supplied with a 12 months warranty. This comprises a no quibble 12 months parts and labour warranty. Replacement or repair is at the discretion of Silverfish Harmonicas.
The guarantee excludes damage to the housing through dropping or miss-use and the guarantee is void if the microphone has been dismantled.
The guarantee includes the cost of returning the microphone to you; however excludes return postage costs. If you have a problem with your microphone then please make contact through the web-site contact form submission.
Terms and Conditions
Harmonica microphone orders, will in most cases, be dispatched within 5 working days (Monday-Friday) from purchase. You will be contacted soon after placing the order with an expected delivery date which will be confirmed at the time of dispatch. Very occasionally there can be a delay in dispatch caused by supply chain issues on particular components. In these circumstances open communication with the customer is a priority and any significant delay will be normally compensated for with the provision of a free leather case. Any delay greater than 1 month will lead to an offer of a full refund.
Silver Bullets are precision-built custom microphones that may be built on demand. Therefore in the event of multiple orders (for example trade orders) you will be contacted at time of purchase to discuss and confirm delivery times.
UK and world-wide orders are sent out by Royal Mail/airmail with tracking if available. Signed-for service may apply for some countries.
PLEASE NOTE: These terms represent an agreed service level but under exceptional circumstances (e.g. delayed availability of parts or a glut in orders) the dispatch time may be longer. Under these circumstances you will be contacted at the point of sale, informed of the expected delay and offered an immediate refund as an alternative to waiting this little bit longer for your microphone.
