All harmonica microphones are supplied with a 12 months warranty

Silver Bullet microphones are incredibly robust and are precision built for reliable quality. They are very durable and should last a very long time. However, in the event of a problem with any of the components all harmonica microphones are supplied with a 12 months warranty. This comprises a no quibble 12 months parts and labour warranty. Replacement or repair is at the discretion of Silverfish Harmonicas.

The guarantee excludes damage to the housing through dropping or miss-use and the guarantee is void if the microphone has been dismantled.

The guarantee includes the cost of returning the microphone to you; however excludes covering your return postage costs. If you have a problem with your microphone then please make contact through the web-site contact form submission.

Terms and Conditions

Harmonica microphone orders, will in most cases, be dispatched within 3-5 working days (Mond-Frid) from purchase. You will be contacted soon after placing the order with an expected delivery date which will be confirmed at the time of dispatch.

PLEASE NOTE: These terms represent an agreed service level but under exceptional circumstances (e.g. delayed availability of parts or a glut I orders) the dispatch time may be longer. If this is the case you will be contacted at the point of sale and informed of the expected delivery date and offered an immediate refund as an alternative.

Silver Bullets are precision-built custom microphones that may be built on demand. Therefore in the event of multiple orders (for example trade orders) you will be contacted at time of purchase to discuss and confirm delivery times.

Harmonica customisation generally take about two weeks from ordering and receipt of the harmonica (for example: new or used harp). You will be contacted soon after ordering a custom harmonica with an expected delivery date which will be confirmed at the time of dispatch.

UK and world-wide orders are sent out by Royal Mail/airmail with tracking if available. Signed-for service may apply for some countries.

Return Policy

Please do not buy to try. Goods delivered correctly and in accordance with your order will not be accepted for credit or refund without good reason.

The microphone can not be posted to a commercial address without agreement. In the very unlikely event of there being a small tariff, this will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Description of Products

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description and will be the same specification as indicated in the photographs shown on the website. Please note that the wood may vary slightly in type and colour from the photograph. Sale does not include cables or harmonicas shown which are for display purposes only.

Microphones with a “poker chip” fascia may vary very slightly from those shown with respect to the pattern on the edge of the chip only.

All hard-wood microphone fascia’s are made from quality hardwood of various types which offer natural durability, scratch and water resistance. As natural material the colour and grain of the wood fascia may vary slightly from the photographs. Similarly, the texture and colour variation of leather cases may vary slightly from the photographs.

Shipping and posting liability

Silverfish Harmonicas accepts liability for shipping/posting up to the point of proven delivery at the address provided. It is therefore important to ensure that a secure delivery address is supplied at the point of sale. In the unlikely event that the microphone is lost in the post [and fails to be delivered] then a replacement microphone or full refund will be provided, at the customer’s discretion.

Your right to cancel

You should be aware that, once the item is dispatched, you will not be able to cancel any order.
